General Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital gift cards and e-vouchers cannot be canceled once they have been processed and delivered.

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, cancellations are only possible before the order is processed.

Customized or personalized gift items may be canceled within a specific timeframe, depending on the production stage.

Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellable Orders:

If your order is still in the processing stage and has not yet been delivered, you may request cancellation.

Personalized gifts can be canceled if production has not yet begun.

Orders Placed by Mistake:

If you placed an order by mistake and request cancellation immediately (before processing), we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Duplicate Orders:

If you accidentally placed the same order multiple times, contact us immediately. We will review and cancel any duplicate, undelivered orders.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Instantly Delivered Digital Gift Cards & Vouchers:

Once a digital gift card or e-voucher has been sent via email/SMS, it cannot be canceled or revoked.

Personalized or Customized Gifts in Production:

If your order for a customized gift is already in the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.

Orders Already Dispatched for Shipping:

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.

How to Request a Cancellation
