General Refund Policy
All digital gift cards, e-vouchers, and customized gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Refunds may only be considered under specific circumstances, such as technical errors, fraudulent transactions, or non-delivery due to system failure.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Failed or Incomplete Transactions:
If a payment was deducted from your account but the gift card was not delivered, we will process a refund after verification.
Duplicate Orders:
If you accidentally placed and paid for the same order multiple times, contact us immediately, and we will review your case for a potential refund.
Technical Errors in Gift Card Activation:
If a delivered gift card cannot be activated due to a system issue from our end or the issuing brand, we will work with the merchant to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
Fraudulent Transactions:
If we detect unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund where applicable.
Non-Refundable Cases
Incorrect Email/Mobile Number Provided by Customer:
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to errors in the recipient’s email or phone number entered during checkout.
Gift Card Already Redeemed:
Once a gift card has been used or redeemed, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel your purchase after the order has been processed and delivered successfully.
Delayed Delivery:
While we strive for instant delivery, occasional delays may occur due to technical issues, server downtime, or high transaction volume. These delays do not qualify for a refund.
